Plot to Plate...

A wonderful relationship continues to evolve with the very talented chefs and owners of Paris Butter - a French Restaurant in Auckland City that puts a creative spin on refined French cuisine and seasonal fare.  I have the privilege of working closely with the Executive and Head Chefs, to plan, grow and exclusively supply organic and heirloom varieties of herbs and a selection of vegetables for them to work their magic.  This is an exciting journey that has been the dream for a few years and is now coming to life from our "block of life".
